Retrofit Demonstrator Works at Brookes Court

Delivery of energy efficiency works to 1 - 32 Brookes Court aimed at improving the efficiency of the building. Brookes Court is a single estate with 1 no. flat blocks, 1 set of bungalows, 2 sets of townhouses, made up of 30 dwellings. Brookes Court is to be funded through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund 1 (SHDF); full amounts are not included in the application as not all properties are applicable, only specific dwellings within the block/estate which met the minimal requirements (EPC C / 90kWh M2/ etc.) have been included. However, all dwellings/works need to be completed to PAS2030 and logged on the Trustmark Portal.
