GB-Middlesbrough: Integrated end to end student engagement platform

To provide an integrated platform that will provide end to end student engagement, through out the student life cycle. The platform will enable students to connect with current students, ambassadors and academics to share authentic experiences and insights. The platform is required to increase applications and conversion by building trust and a sense of belonging through peer to peer community engagement. The platform will be expected to integrate 1-1 chats, groups, content, AI automation, customisation, translation into other languages and produce actionable data insights.
