There has been a lack of visibility and coherence of key decision points (DPs), milestones, and activities within the four key NSIGN projects and current existing contractual framework (FMSP); generating a risk that dependencies are not fully understood and cannot be effectively managed. While this risk has been partially mitigated by the introduction of the Integrated Programme Schedule, further work is required to fully realise its potential and ensure it effectively supports robust decision-making and successful programme execution.
