Conversion of the mezzanine store

Lambeth Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to convert of the mezzanine store into a meeting room, at Chandler Community Hall China Walk Estate, 15 Lambeth Walk, SE11 6DU for the estate pride team in Lambeth Housing Management. The works include the following items; •Installation of a new staircase within the existing space to provide efficient access to the first floor mezzanine level. •Stair lift should be incorporated, insuring it is DDA compliant. • Installation of mechanical or natural extract fan unit within the room with an outlet via the roof or external roof terminal •The proposed works will require a full building control application to be submitted. We will be sending out the full specifications when the deadline for expression of interest is closed.
