Subscription to Facebook Workplace - • Healthwatch England has a statutory requirement to support the work of 152 local Healthwatch. We currently discharge this requirement in part by providing an online community for Healthwatch staff and volunteers to access advice information and support. Facebook Workplace meets all our business requirements, much more cost effective by only charging per 'active user' each month, in-depth analytics and a user-friendly interface that many are familiar with. Updates to the platform would be run and paid for by Facebook so we would not need to pay for any additional costs.
