Shared Service Governance Review Award

Independent Shared Services Centre One (ISSC1) is moving from design and implementation to live operation. There is now a need to review governance and intelligent customer functions to create the right structures to enable operational excellence for the Department for Transport (DfT) and it’s Arms Length Bodies (ALBs). The objective of this work is to review, design and plan for the new arrangements to support the Senior Reporting Officer in achieving this aim.
