Business Readiness Lead

- Experience in IT transformation projects/programmes; public facing projects would be beneficial - Experience delivering business change activities to internal stakeholder groups - Experience of delivering webinars / training sessions to varying stakeholder groups - Self-starter that is proactive and can work with minimal supervision - Ability and experience working in a fast-paced environment with complex stakeholder landscape - Demonstratable experience / knowledge in agile delivery processes; o The ability to consume technical information and relay it in a concise and clear manner via multiple channels o Ability to engage with technical development teams o Ability to review and assess changes required to internal and external documentation based on technical releases taking place. - Experience in reporting / data reporting desirable
