KRN Evaluation - Call off Lot 7 - Transport

The Liverpool City Region (LCR) is managing a £25.1m programme of Key Route Network (KRN) highway works, which are being delivered over a two year period from 2018/19 to 2019/20. The package of 16 schemes funded through Strategic Investment Fund (SIF), aims to address the potential investment and growth opportunities of the Liverpool City Region by making improvements to the Key Route Network of strategic roads at locations across the City Region. Long term evaluation of the KRN schemes is required to assess their impact and to enable reporting to the LCR Combined Authority throughout and at the end of the programme on the scheme performance.
