Enforcement Agent and Debt Recovery Services Contract

Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) will be seeking electronic responses as part of a competitive procurement process, to appoint a suitably qualified organisation, to provide enforcement agent and debt recovery services, on behalf of the Council. Further detail on this future procurement process will be made available in due course. All information in this notice is subject to change depending upon the future defining of the Council's requirements, in relation to establishing best value. This includes, but is not limited to, the duration of the contract and the possible extensions.
