Local Authority Waste & Resources Support Framework

The objective of this framework is to provide technical support services to WRAP and to other organisations with which WRAP is involved, primarily local authorities in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. The technical support provided to local authorities is in support of meeting the policy priorities of the respective nation. There are three lots under this framework: 1)Local Authority Technical Support - Waste and Resources Management 2)Local Authority Waste and Recycling Service Implementation and Roll-Out 3)Local Authority Waste and Recycling Communications
