HBC CS Ecology Consultant (ESPH769)

Hastings Borough Council is the Local Planning Authority for the borough of Hastings. The Council currently relies on in-house ecological expertise to support statutory planning functions. The Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced ecological consultancies to provide professional ecology advice and services in support of Development Management and Planning Policy functions, on an ad hoc or call-off basis, until such time as permanent recruitment or shared services arrangements are established.
