DE-CARBONISATION PROJECT, PROPOSED NEW AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP EQUIPMENT AT MEDINA LEISURE CENTRE

This work package is to be undertaken at Medina Leisure Centre, Fairlee Road, Newport, Isle of wight. It includes the installation of 8 Air Source Heat pump units, to supply a large portion of the Leisure complex with domestic hot water and central heating. The works include the integration of the new units into the existing mechanical services infrastructure and controls on the site, together with various pipework modifications and new ancillary system components as fully detailed in this specification package. The term of the contract shall be based on providers best endeavours with an expected commencement date end of September 2021 and completion by end of February 2022. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 3rd September 2021.
