Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking offers for a concession to provide staff and visitor catering and retail services across 3 sites. Key dates are provided below, Documents are attached for all 3 Lots Lot 1 – All Retail Catering Services Lot 2 – Retail Catering Services & vending Lot 3 – Staff and Visitor Restaurants & hospitality This project is intended to provide an evidence-based proposal to change the types of food, drink and other forms of retail catering available and how it is presented to staff members and the and the public. A key aspect will be to encourage and enable people to eat and drink more healthily whilst at work or visiting our hospitals with an appropriate range, choice and accessibility being made available. Of equal importance is the requirement to provide a fairly priced sustainability-focused non-food offer which meets the aspirations of patients, staff, visitors and relatives.
