Provision of Property Asset Valuation Services - Basingstoke

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (the council) were looking to procure an asset valuation consultancy services in connection with valuation of its property investment portfolio. The Council has a significant commercial property investment portfolio which is valued annually. A proportion of these assets are valued internally by the Council and a proportion of assets are valued by external consultants on a yearly basis.
