The scope of the potential Lot structure covers a range of built environment related professional consultancy services. The proposed core lots are: Lot 1: Programme, Project Management and Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services and Lead Consultant Lot 2: Stock Monitoring and Appraisal Lot 3: Information Management Lot 4: Architectural Lot 5: Fit Out Consultancy Lot 6: Heritage and Conservation Lot 7: Structural and Civil Engineering Lot 8: Building Engineering Services Lot 9: Facilities Management Consultancy Lot 10: Principal Designer Lot 11: Zero Carbon and Sustainability Lot 12: Valuations Lot 13: Clerk of Works Lot 14: Asset Management Technologies Lot 15: Retrofit This Early Engagement Notice constitutes a market engagement opportunity and we will be holding a number of in person and online sessions for interested consultants across the following areas: 1.
