Description
The redevelopment of Maitland Park is a single phase development delivering a new community hall, 119 new homes (including 51 homes at council rent), improvements to the open space and new play/fitness facilities in the Haverstock Ward. In order to ensure the quality of work on the construction site, the Council is commissioning the service of a Clerk of Works (CoW) Site Inspector to oversee the works and make sure that building plans and specifications are being followed correctly. The CoW is to undertake regular site inspections throughout the construction stage and the rectification period (RIBA Stages 5 and 6), where they will act on behalf of and represent the interests of Camden (the Employer), in ensuring that the construction works are in compliance with the project brief and specification as detailed in the Employer's Requirements.
