Servicing works for Direct Coupled Fans; Direct Drive Fans (Inline & Roof); Roof Top Extract Fans; Refuse Chute Axial Fans; Wall Fans; Heat Recovery Units; Electrical Motors and Controls; Control Panels; Trunking & Conduit and Ducting & Fire Dampers are to be carried out at the first service visit each year.
