Description
Stonewater is a social housing provider and we manage around 32,500 homes in England for over 70,000 customers. We are delivering a portfolio of programmes, projects and change initiatives, using both traditional and more agile ways of working, at a time of unprecedented uncertainty where we are constantly adapting to a dynamic situation. The PMO requires PPM software to help us optimise our portfolio, focus our resources, and balance capacity against demand. The software needs to provide a clear line of sight from our strategic plan to delivery of our portfolio, and enable the PMO to report on progress to our Board and Executive team and ensure we comply with governance and regulatory requirements. The software also need to provide programme and project practitioners with a flexible platform that supports collaborative working, agility and speed of delivery.
