THIS NOTICE IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF TRANSPARENCY ONLY. THE AUTHORITY IS NOT ACCEPTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. Provision of Ground Handling Services for Voyager Aircraft in the event of a diversion on a scheduled flight. Additionally welfare support will be required for Vulnerable Passengers (VP) such as Unaccompanied Minors (UNMIN), Aeromedical Evacuation patients and medical support personnel (AEROMED) and Elderly & Infirm Passengers (EIP) as well as providing a standard duty of care to Civilian Fare Paying (CFP) passengers
