Hengistbury Head Radio Tower Replacement Project

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) requires the following works at our Hengistbury Head site in Bournemouth: Demolition of an existing steel lattice tower, and foundation, the construction of a new reinforced concrete foundation, the supply and erection of a new 9m high steel lattice tower, and the rigging, installation and testing of all antennas.
