Chemonics Group UK Limited, implementing the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine - Phase 2 (PFRU-2) project within the framework of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a Tender Proposal for the capital repair of a passenger lift with a load capacity of 500 kg, including the installation of accessibility features for persons with disabilities and other persons with limited mobility, in Academic Building No. 4 of the National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic", located at: 19 Dmytra Yavornytskoho Ave., Dnipro.
PFRU-2 is a multi-donor program managed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.
Within the framework of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking a service provider for the capital repair of a 500 kg passenger lift, including accessibility arrangements for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility groups, at the above-mentioned location.
Please note the following important tender provisions:
The deadline for submission of proposals is May 25, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time;
All questions regarding the tender must be submitted no later than May 21, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time;
All communication regarding the tender must be conducted exclusively in writing via: pfruprocurement@chemonics.com;
The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT in the partner country. Therefore, PFRU-2 will pay for goods and services without VAT;

Proposal Submission Instructions:
Invitation to Tender No. PFRU2-2025-476 - review for detailed tender requirements;
Annex 1 - Cover Letter - complete either the English or Ukrainian version, sign the original, and submit a scanned copy or convert to PDF and sign electronically (must be included in the proposal);
Annex 3 - Proposal Summary Sheet - complete, sign the original, and submit a scanned copy or convert to PDF and sign electronically;
Both commercial and technical proposals must be signed;
The technical proposal must strictly comply with the requirements specified in Section 2, Clause 5.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers and Evaluation Criteria.
