Description

The Council requires a single provider for medical tuition on the paediatric ward to ensure it fulfils statutory duties with regards Section 19 of the Education Act 1996 (exclusion, medical needs and other) for children and young people who are inpatients at the Luton & Dunstable hospital receiving treatment on the paediatric ward. Tuition is required for 4 hours a day, term time, to meet statutory requirements. Providers will need cover all ages from primary through to aged 16.
