Description

Dudley MBC's Housing Asset Management currently has several existing contracts which it uses to carry out Major and Minor Adaptations functions in the form of Home Adaptations and Home Improvements. We are looking to bring the existing contracts in line with consolidated new procurement regulations coming in force February 2025. Dudley MBC is keen to work in collaboration and partnership with industry providers and design the new contracts and the procurement process; as far as permitted by the Procurement Regulations to assist suppliers and industry providers meet their needs and operational requirements. The purpose of this Pre Market Engagement Questionnaire is to seek to better understand your challenges and hence tailor the new contracts to meet requirements. In this way Dudley MBC can work in partnership with the industry and aim to deliver more efficient and effective services to our residents. It is recognised that demands placed on the successful tenderers must be proportionate and must not impose such a burden, that the successful delivery of projects quality on time and within budget is placed at risk
