Chemonics Group UK Ltd, which implements the Project "Partnership Fund for Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) as part of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a tender proposal for the procurement of services for the overhaul of storm sewer No. 1 on Kozatska Street in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Region.
PFRU -2 is a multilateral donor program managed by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.
As part of its project activities, PFRU -2 is seeking a service provider for the overhaul of storm sewer No. 1 on Kozatska Street in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Chernihiv Oblast. Please note the following important provisions of the tender:
• The deadline for submitting proposals is August 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
• All questions regarding the terms of the tender must be submitted no later than August 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
• All communication regarding the tender shall be conducted exclusively in writing at pfruprocurement@chemonics.com.
• The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country. Therefore, PFRU 2 will pay for goods and services without VAT.

• When sending proposals and questions by email, the subject line must include the number PFRU2-2025-077;
Instructions for submitting a proposal:
• Invitation to Tender No. PFRU2-2025-077 - to familiarize yourself with the terms of the tender;
• Annex 1 .Cover Letter - fill in the English or Ukrainian version of the document, sign the original and send a scan / convert to PDF and sign electronically (to be submitted as part of the proposal);
• Annex 3 - Proposal Summary Sheet - fill in, sign the original and send a scan or convert to PDF and sign electronically;
• Commercial and technical proposals must be signed;
• The technical proposal must be submitted in strict compliance with the requirements specified in Section 2, Clause 5.2 of the Instructions for tender participants and evaluation criteria.
The following documents must be provided as part of the proposal:
• Individual entrepreneur: extract from the Unified State Register; passport (1-2 pages, TIN)
• Limited liability company: extract from the Unified State Register; Articles of Association; bank account opening certificate
