Description
The British Council Global Estates department is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System of potential suppliers able to deliver a diverse range of construction related technical and professional services across all the regions we work in.
The Potential Suppliers will provide the British Council one or more of a wide range of construction Technical and Professional services including, but not limited to: Architecture & Design services, Space Planning services, Project Management services, MEP services, Environmental services, Building Services, Construction services, Fire / Hazard & Risk Advisory Services, Geophysical / Geological services, Technical Testing & Analysis services, Security Advisory Services
The services provided by the Potential Suppliers will support the British Council in the delivery of a wide range of construction projects & programmes including but not limited to: New Build, Refurbishments, Extensions, Alterations, Maintenance requirements, Fit-out, Life Cycle Works (LCW), Heritage/Historic buildings, Structures, Infrastructure, Modern state of the art building.
