Description

The South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) brings together the health and care partners that serve our vibrant and highly diverse populations resident in the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark - our Places. Our partnership brings together six local authorities, over 200 general practices (operating within 35 Primary Care Networks), Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital NHS FT, King's College Hospital NHS FT, Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, South London and the Maudsley Mental Health FT and Oxleas FT. Importantly, the ICS seeks to be connected to the communities we serve (circa 1.92m residents) and work with the widest possible range of community, voluntary and third sector groups and organisations in each borough. Primary care is at the heart of the NHS. It remains the first place to turn for the vast majority of patients when they become unwell, providing accessible and expert generalist care. The concept of a registered list is still the cornerstone of this model, enabling GPs and their staff to build continuous, trusting relationships with patients, intimately knowing their needs and circumstances. It is a model that has proven remarkably resilient to a constantly changing landscape of clinical advances and patient expectations. In Lambeth we are very fortunate to have high quality GP Practices, with a dedicated workforce who consistently achieve good clinical outcomes and satisfaction ratings. We also have strong at-scale provision and leadership through our 9 PCNs, our GP Federation, and our local LMC, who regularly show their enthusiasm and energy to work together in partnership to improve services for our population. We expect the successful applicant to maintain, demonstrate and build on these high quality services for people who reside in nursing homes within the borough of Lambeth as per the service specification. Interested organisation must express an interest via Atamis e-tendering portal. Bidders needs to register on ATAMIS if they are not registered already. If you have not yet registered on Atamis, please do this as soon as possible. You can register here: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome For advice or support in registering please contact the Atamis helpdesk: Phone: 0800 9956035 E-mail: support-health@atamis.co.uk Once registered, you can express an interest in this project and submit the attached Early Engagement Event Registration Form and the Market Engagement Questionnaire to this specific project and Please note that any expressions of interests by any other means will not be considered.
