Description

HSE have a requirement to increase the available electrical capacity on their western test sites, namely Turncliffe and Diamond Hill areas. HSE have previously invested in increasing the High Voltage (HV) supplies to these areas, to facilitate an increase in the available Low Voltage (LV) capacity. The types of testing carried out in these areas has changed in recent years, with a focus on EV Batteries and Hydrogen as a fuel for vehicles and for energy. This has resulted in the need to increase LV capacity.
