The Operator will be responsible for all aspects of running the site, including but not limited to: o Payment of the business rates to Norwich City Council o Obtaining and paying for utilities for the site o Drainage, water and sewerage costs o Obtaining insurance for the building, contents and public liability o Ensuring security of the site and building o Maintenance of the site and building o Managing members of the public and ensuring safety o Managing vehicles movements and operators who use the site o Providing a customer service information desk and assisting passengers At this stage the Council is conducting a preliminary market consultation to explore the various options for meeting the requirements. In Surrey our vision is for every adult and child experiencing domestic abuse to be seen, safe and heard, and free from the harm caused by perpetrator behaviour. \n The work we undertake will drive all action against domestic abuse in the County. It will influence change and secure the commitment of all to prevent harm, which devastates victims' lives, no matter how old they are, and has a disproportionate effect on the lives of young people. Surrey's ambition is 'no one is left behind' and domestic abuse services play a key role in achieving this ambition. \n \n We want to achieve the priorities in our Support in Safe Accommodation Strategy, which include:
