Description
Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of Fluke Analysers.
High-quality Fluke analysers and diagnostic equipment for electrical, electronic, and power quality testing and analysis. This includes but is not limited to: power quality analysers, electrical safety testers, thermal imaging cameras, digital multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and network analysers. Equipment must meet industry standards and be suitable for military and defence sector applications, including field deployment and harsh operational environments.
Suppliers must be able to provide a comprehensive range of Fluke analysers with varying specifications to meet diverse operational requirements. Products should include both portable and stationary analysers, with capabilities for real-time monitoring, data logging, and advanced diagnostics. Suppliers must be authorised Fluke distributors or resellers with access to current product lines and technical support.
Suppliers must provide comprehensive technical support, calibration services, warranty options, spare parts availability, and repair services. Training and operational guidance for end-users should be available.

The platform provides a streamlined approach to supplier onboarding and order management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with public procurement regulations.

Interested suppliers should register their interest by contacting Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of their product range, technical specifications, authorisation status with Fluke, support capabilities, and maintenance services. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations.
Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
