To create 3 ECO-Systems that are efficient and effective and aligned within a value-chain of deliver To work with the CEO to define Executive Team Portfolios aligned to Strategy, programmes of work and Organisational Design Change programme - joined up change To create fit-for-future People & Workplace Systems to enable a Web & Matrix environment through effective change management To work with the HR & OD Team to develop and implement a Curriculum of Learning & Development and internal communication & engagement to prepare, enable and sustain change at leadership, management and staff levels Identify, source and recommend a robust change and performance management systems to track progress and change impact, early warning systems etc. Work with the Executive team to drive a pervasive culture underpinned by reputational and organisational values and behaviours
