Engineering 2 - Science & Technology Refurbishment and Engineering 1 Repurposing

The Purchaser is inviting tenders for the refurbishment and alterations of areas of the A and C Floor of the Science & Technology Building and the repurposing of areas of the existing Engineering 1 building, as defined in the accompanying documentation. The project provides new space to support the growth in research and teaching activity within the Department of Engineering at Lancaster University. The scheme comprises: Internal Fit-out - Science & Technology Building (S&T) Re-purpose - Engineering Building 1 (EB1)
