The maximum permissible term advertised was 4 years with the maximum end date of January 2026. Notice reference: 2022/S 000-005095 While the Council didn't formally extend the framework after first year, the relationship with awarded suppliers continued by conduct. This voluntary notice is to confirm that due to the above, the Council intends to re-advertise this framework, while for continuity carrying on the existing arrangement until July 2025.
