Provision of Telephone Fundraising Agency for Action for Children

Action for Children invites interested organisations to bid and undertake telephone fundraising and all associated services, including but not limited to secure transfer and handling of data and call recordings, results analysis, account management & consultation. The contract duration is for for 6 months [with the possibility of an extension for further 2 x 12 months subject to performance].
