Appointment of Employer's Agent for Delivery of New Build Contracts

This procurement was conducted via a mini competition on the National Framework Partnership's Employer's Agent Framework. The purpose of the Tender is to enable the Council to appoint an Employer's Agent, for the delivery of new build housing under the Homes England Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026. The appointment relates to four sites in the Ashford urban area and a further site in the rural settlement of Appledore, approximately 10 miles south of Ashford.
