Capability Fund R-Evolution

The following services are required to be provided by the contract: - Creating cycle maintenance volunteer work placements (including recruitment/support/development and supervision) providing at least 22 individual hours of active volunteer involvement plus the provision of 20 prison-based work placements; - Providing maintenance training and community engagement events to disadvantaged people with trainees selected from disadvantaged groups including long term unemployed, prisoners, formerly homeless, those with mental health issues, refugees etc to help them move into work and encourage interest in bike maintenance and bike travel as part of regular journeys to work, college or training; - Setting up and managing 8 new bike libraries.
