RIBA Stage 2 Architect Appointment for Residences

This appointment is a direct award utilising the NHS NHS Shared Business Services framework: Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (SBS10190). The services to be provided by the Supplier consist of architectural consultant duties to RIBA Plan of Works (2020) Stage 2 and progressing initial designs to RIBA Stage 2 for the University's student residential properties (Halls of Accommodation).
