A Better Start Southend Coproduction and Parent Engagement development

We require organisational development support and volunteer workforce development to implement our coproduction governance structure, supporting the development of a whole system change across Southend. This will enable parents to shape services for them and their children and access opportunities through skills development and improving employability. A Better Start Southend is inviting quotation proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations with good local knowledge to develop our coproduction model. This includes the development of: 1. A Coproduction Strategy 2. A volunteering opportunities and training Map and Review of the current offer 3. A Community Innovation Grant model and process 4. Parents Champions 5. The Volunteer Workforce working with under 4's
