HAC5591 Community Transport Passenger Services DPS

Provision of specialist and caring services to meet statutory community transport for vulnerable children, youths and adults, most of whom are not in a position to care for themselves. Therefore, passengers will be reliant on the care and vigilance of all staff, regardless of whether they are a driver or a passenger assistant. The Council is holding a 'Supplier Market Testing' Event to engage with Suppliers able to deliver the Services and discuss the proposed requirements and procurement process. For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition at this stage, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming procurement and seek ideas from the market that may inform the final specification.
