Description

The successful Supplier will be required to provide Catering services for Kettlethorpe High School. The contract commences on 1st August 2026 and runs for an initial 3-year period with 2 x 1-year optional extensions. Pupil numbers are; 1621. Service provision is across 3 locations within the school delivering morning break and lunch services. The school requires high quality, fresh food that meets the needs of the student populations. The service to the pupils must be value for money, offer variety, changing on a frequent basis and promotes diversity reflecting the student population. Annual contract value is £420,000 with a potential full term contract value of £2,100,000. Pupil numbers are forecasted to reduce over the term of the contract, the lowest number forecast is 1,530 over the next three year, the school is working to minimise this reduction.
