The University of Leeds, Residential Services Division, operates a portfolio of accommodation providing beds for approximately 8000 students. This portfolio includes both catered and non-catered residences. The scope of this contract currently covers 20 residences and approximately 17 small properties, in addition to a Housing Association residence for International students. As the tender is scheduled to cover up to 4 years, the division's portfolio is likely to change. Tenderers must be able to accommodate any such change in portfolio or business fluctuation
