PP18107 - Display Energy Certificates (DEC's)

City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) has a large portfolio of buildings, accessed by the public and as such, require Display Energy Certificates (DEC) and Advisory Reports (AR's). Currently there are approximately 100 Display Energy Certificates required within the portfolio of buildings. The portfolio includes small buildings, to Schools and the Civic Centre. CWC require a price per Display Energy Certificate with a separate price for the Advisory Report. These are to include transport costs and lodgement fees. The floor plans and energy consumption data will be provided and is held centrally. Applicants must be accredited for the provision of Display Energy Certificates via an ABBE approved course.
