Description

Progress Housing Group invites interested parties to respond to this tender for the provision of an Asset management system. The Group manages over 12000 lettable units located throughout the UK and the system must provide a complete solution to manage their complex asset structure, which includes blocks, flats, houses, rooms, land, commercial units and their associated components. Total assets from a stock condition survey requirement are currently approximately 10000. The primary objectives of the Asset Management System are: Maintain an accurate record of the Group's building assets, components and lifecycle data. Ensure compliance with reporting for Decent Homes and Health & Safety regulations. Support strategic initiatives such as energy efficiency assessments and decarbonisation planning Enable reliable mobile working for the Group's surveyors and inspectors. Help enable our target of achieving and maintaining 100% of stock condition surveys. Support the planning and delivery of investment programmes. Be scalable, secure, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical users. Enable whole stock and individual property reporting with ease. Offer innovation and efficiencies in regards to processes and integration. Summary of Key Essential requirements. Full requirement details are listed within the Technical Specification Document at Appendix A The system must be cloud based and offer Microsoft Azure authentication. All data must be stored and processed within the UK or a country aligned to UK GDPR guidelines. The supplier must comply with recognised security standards such as Cyber Essentials. The provider must be providing technical solutions to current UK housing providers with a stock level of > 5000 The system must offer functionality to run and manage planned work programmes Mobile working must be fully supported to enable remotely based staff to securely connect with the system to undertake surveys and inspections. The system should offer integration with existing Housing Management and Finance systems.
