PAN3051 - Loft & Cavity Insulation and Associated works

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Loft insulation and associated ventilation works. The Authority are looking to appoint a Supplier to carry out associated loft insulation and ventilation works to their current housing stock. There are an initial 350 properties located City wide in Leicester. The proposed Contract will be for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier. This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 27 the 'Open Procedure' under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
