Brief Description of the Works The BBSRC Finance and Campus Operations Group is seeking to commission maintenance works for domestic dwellings, as part of its ongoing annual maintenance programme. The project includes external works to the properties such as inspecting and reporting roof conditions, repointing brickwork, clearing out of guttering, renewal of fascias and decorations. All works are to be completed in line with the specification. The project also involves specialist drainage repairs works to be undertaken for a number of properties.
