Description
Chichester District Council (The Council) covers an area of over 300 square miles of the Western part of West Sussex. The district encompasses Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and nature reserves, with much of the district area designated as falling within the South Downs National Park The Council is inviting organisations to tender for the Development of 3no. Blocks at Freeland Close, Chichester. Block 1, will contain 13no. Studio apartments. Block 2 will contain 2no. 2 bed 3 person flats (1 unit to be wheelchair accessible). Block 3 will contain 1no. 2 bed 3 person flats and 1no. 1 bed 2 person flat. Additionally the refurbishment of Westward House, Chichester which consists of the conversion of 6no. existing units into 2no. 1 bed flats and 1no. 1 bed Wheelchair (Part M Category 3) Unit.
