Small Estates (Dron, Isleden and Windsor) – External Works & Electrical Upgrades

The works comprise external works and electrical infrastructure upgrades across the Dron, Isleden and Windsor estates, including improvements to external areas, associated civils and surface works, and replacement or upgrade of electrical systems and infrastructure. Works may be delivered across multiple sites and will be refined as the programme develops. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
