Guildhall Complex Multi-Disciplinary Design Team

The appointed Architect with all their relevant internal and external sub-consultant shall form the Multidisciplinary Design Team. The appointed Architect shall lead the Multidisciplinary Design Team and act as the Lead Consultant/ Designer. The multidisciplinary design team shall consist of: Architect (also acting as the Lead Designer) Landscape Architect MEPH engineer Sustainability Consultant Civil and Structural Engineers Geotechnical/ Geoenvironmental Engineers Flood Risk Assessment services Transport Engineer Accessibility Consultant Principal Designer Fire Consultant
