PAN3005 - Evington Park Depot - Refurbishment of mess building

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the refurbishment of the mess building at Evington Park Depot. The mess room and changing facilities are currently unsuitable for staff use and are in breach of regulations under The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Currently there is a lack of adequate welfare facilities and toilets are external and unheated. Please note, the tender submission deadline for this contract has now closed and the Authority is no longer seeking tender submissions.
