Description
The University of Sheffield (UoS) with support funding from ERDF is establishing a £3m Translational Energy Research Centre as an open access to business and academic users to a) provide innovation facilities to support local enterprises to develop low carbon energy products, and boost cooperation with research institutes;and b) demonstrate low carbon energy technologies. As part of the project, the University will procure equipment to be housed at an existing university facility in Beighton near Sheffield. In additional to capital investment, a revenue budget of £950k has been allocated to support facilities operation and research support for enterprises. We are looking for an experienced consultant or organisation to carry out an interim Summative Assessment to satisfy ERDF compliance in accordance with ERDF summative assessment guidance and appendices (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/evaluation-of-the-european-regional-development-fund-2014-to-2020).
