1305 Design and Development of an Electric Vehicle Charger

De Montfort University (DMU) invites bids from suitably experienced providers for the development of an electric vehicle charger, the key aspects of the requirement being: 1. Research and Concept Generation - Research the electric vehicle charging market to establish a benchmark of products in the sector along with developing a range of initial concepts. 2. Concept Refinement - Development 2-3 concepts from stage 1 to a suitable cost-effective solution, resulting in a fully detailed 3D CAD model. 3. Design Detail - Develop a final design further, resulting in a fully manufacturable final solution including 3D CAD. 4. Prototyping and Testing - Working prototype(s) used for testing & marketing purposes. 5. Manufacture Development - Complete manufacturing data to obtain manufacturing cost and enable the production of the electric vehicle charger.
